Daylight is our take on what a true light roast blend should be: delicate, aromatic, tea-like, and naturally sweet, with enough brightness and complexity to keep every cup interesting. It combines our washed Colombia Huila with our natural-process Ethiopia Guji Danbi Udo, bringing together honeyed sweetness, bright fruit, florals, and a refreshing tea-like body for a smooth, balanced everyday cup of light roast coffee.

A lighter roast lets you experience more of the nuance and distinct character of each coffee, while the blend keeps those flavors balanced and easy to enjoy every day. A True Light Roast Blend
Daylight was created to show what a light roast blend can be when the coffees themselves are allowed to lead. Instead of relying on heavier roast flavors, we roast Daylight lightly enough to preserve more of the aroma, sweetness, fruit, and floral character naturally present in the coffee.
The result is a cup with more brightness and complexity than a traditional medium or dark roast blend, while still remaining balanced enough to drink every day.
Colombia Huila + Ethiopia Guji Danbi Udo
Daylight combines two coffees that bring different qualities to the blend. Our washed Colombia Huila provides a smooth, honeyed foundation with sweetness and balance, while our natural-process Ethiopia Guji Danbi Udo adds bright fruit, florals, and a more delicate tea-like character.
Together, they create a blend that is expressive without becoming overpowering: sweet, aromatic, lightly fruity, and smooth on the palate.
Washed + Natural Process
The Colombia Huila component is washed, contributing a clean and balanced foundation to the blend. The Ethiopia Guji Danbi Udo is naturally processed, bringing more fruit, sweetness, and aromatic character.
Combining the two processing methods gives Daylight both structure and complexity while keeping the overall cup balanced and approachable.
Light, Sweet & Tea-Like
Daylight has a lighter, more delicate body than our medium and dark roast blends. Expect natural sweetness, bright fruit, florals, and a refreshing tea-like quality rather than heavier roast-driven flavors.

Made for Filter Coffee & Espresso
Daylight is especially well suited to drip and filter coffee, where its aroma, sweetness, and delicate character can really open up. It also works well as a lighter-style espresso with more brightness and complexity than a traditional darker espresso blend.
