Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing and product information are accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or contains a material error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or decline the affected order.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

Orders

Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be subject to that carrier's procedures and service conditions.

Returns, Refunds and Order Problems

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Unopened coffee, unused merchandise, and unused accessories may be returned if they are in their original condition. Opened coffee is generally not returnable unless there is a quality issue or problem with the order.

Wholesale Accounts

Lightwave Coffee may offer wholesale pricing, bulk purchasing, private-label services, samples, or other services to approved business customers.

Wholesale accounts may be subject to additional pricing, payment, shipping, minimum-order, resale, account, or other terms communicated separately to the wholesale customer. If separate wholesale terms conflict with these Terms regarding a wholesale transaction, the applicable wholesale terms will control for that transaction.

Wholesale pricing and account access are intended only for approved customers and may not be transferred or shared without our permission.

We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate wholesale account privileges when reasonably necessary.

Promotions, Coupons and Discount Codes

Promotions, samples, coupons, discount codes, free shipping offers, and similar offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, or quantity limitations.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may not be combined. Promotions have no cash value and may not be resold or transferred.
